Statement regarding MTA email alert delays
Working with technical consultants to correct the issue ASAP
The MTA is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its email alert notification system. Factors contributing to the delays are believed to be due a large volume of alerts being sent out over a short period of time, bad email addresses and spam policies for certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Sending useful information to our customers as quickly as possible is important to us. We are working with our technical consultants to correct the issue ASAP.
