Rebecca Grover is the Director of Communications and Government/Public Relations. She got her start at MTA back in 1997 as Assistant Government Relations Manager and steadily grew her career, taking on roles as Public Relations Coordinator and Manager before being appointed Director in 2025.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine at Farmington and her Master of Science degree from Shippensburg University. She is an active member of WTS Maine and the Society of Marketing Professional Services Northern New England.
When she’s not helping tell MTA’s story, you’ll find Rebecca out on a trail somewhere—hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing—proving that every season is the perfect season to enjoy the outdoors in Maine
