Mr. Zuke was appointed as an Authority Member in 2017 and his term as a Member runs until March 31, 2020. Mr. Zuke is a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1990. Mr. Zuke serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Kennebunk Savings Bank. Mr. Zuke started his career in the public accounting field for 11 years with KPMG and Baker Newman in Portland, Maine. Mr. Zuke was Director of Finance at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH for 6 years and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Martin’s Point Healthcare for over 2 years. Mr. Zuke joined Androscoggin Bank in Lewiston, Maine in 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Zuke was at Androscoggin Bank for 7 years. In June 2016, Mr. Zuke joined Kennebunk Savings Bank. Mr. Zuke is a graduate of the Bentley College with a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Zuke was on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of the United Way of Greater Portland, Maine. He is currently a member of the board of directors for Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford, Maine.
